Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Please choose carefully before placing your order.

Custom & Personalised Orders

Full payment is required before mock-ups or design work begins.

Custom or personalised items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty.

Once a custom design has been approved and produced, it cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded.

Faulty and Incorrect Items

IIf you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

If the item is confirmed faulty, we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy overrides your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major fault, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.
